Hey, I'm back...been back since 1 and a half days lol.

Family booked package with Hamidah Travels to Cameron and KL 4D2N...It was an ok holiday for me... Cameron was effing cold though, I didnt recall it being that cold! And they're obsessed with strawberries HAHA. Every souvenier is strawberry-related and 85% of the shops along the streets or the night bazaar sells the same stuff. Pickled strawberries, fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, strawberry popsicles, stbry tea, stbry chocolate, stbry pillows, stbry keychains, stbry hair accessories, stbry magnets...u get the picture. Anyone realised I got tired of writing "strawberry" and changed it to "stbry"? HAHA. Got for D's mum Strawberry Tea from Cameron Valley and his niece a small strawberry pouch and a hair band..
I'll post some pictures soon about our trip soon though.
KL was disappointing for me...not KL the place but what we did there. We made a stop at Ipoh's Lost World of Tambun before going to KL. It's a new initiative that's alot like KL's Sunway Lagoon but at cheaper tickets.

First of all, it took ages for the guide to get our tickets coz there's a huge crowd, understandably its the school hols and it was a Sunday. PLUS, an organisation was having a Family Day. -.-
Secondly, a big crowd equals to long waiting time to get onto the rides, long waiting time to CHANGE into our swim outfits and to change out of, and the water in the park would have been passed down by sooo many people. So we decided to just take a walk around the park and go to the petting zoo. A waste of our RM30/pax since we didnt go for the water rides.

Supposed to arrive at KL at 3pm AFTER going to Petaling Street, but we checked in only at 6plus and we SKIPPED Petaling Street...had our dinner after that, and the plan was to go Petaling after dinner by ourselves. But both my mum and dad got tired and they advised us not to go on our own bcoz they feel its not safe...more so since our hotel, Grand Seasons, was sooo out of the way from the city hot spots and we had to walk through alleys to get to the nearest LRT...

So we didnt get to go Petaling Street which was something I was looking forward to. I sulked real bad HAHA. But I knew not to pursue the matter or my dad wouldve gotten darn mad. Thought to go swimming in the hotel pool but it was closed by 8pm. So in KL, we basically stayed in the hotel room and rested :(

Next morning, we went to Masjid India for some shopping. Here they sell textiles and tudungs mostly...so nope I didnt shop. And then we went to Nilai 3 at Negeri Sembilan. Pretty much like Masjid India too plus carpets and bridal decorations, and it covers a HUGE factory area. I was pretty pissed by this time coz I didnt get to do any shopping. But then I managed to get some stuff from erected tents at Nilai 3 after passing by all textile shops and so forth...Got D a fake white G-Shock, myself a fake Anna Sui wallet and 2 T-shirts...

After Nilai 3 it was time to go back to Singapore..we reached home at about 11pm.
Overall, it was an ok trip I guess. At least I got to go on a holiday to de-stress and do a little shopping...pictures up soon, and I just came back from Vivo. Will blog about that tomorrow. Bye!
